  • Counselling Compared to Therapy

Counselling is a relatively simple process dealing with specific issues, whereas therapy is a longer, more intensive process. Therapy deals with underlying clusters of issues and helps us:

  • overcome our earlier programming which may no longer serve us well
  • heal the impact of earlier wounds with positive reprogramming.
