The Role of Self Talk

With all the research that has taken place over the last century, the power of the subconscious mind is evident and indisputable. Psychology has understood the impact of negative statements and thoughts for many years, yet habits are sometimes difficult to change. If we learn to talk to ourselves in positive words and statements, life will be dramatically better. Increased positive self-talk can be a small shift with big results! If we take notice of how we talk to ourselves for a few days, we can determine the necessity for a shift to the positive.
